Home Finish Selection Package

Already have a builder but feeling overwhelmed with all the decisions to be made- let us help you- $3500 

Up to 25 hours of designer time to assist you (in your builder’s design center or specified retail locations) in selecting cabinet styles and finishes, bath tile, kitchen backsplash, cabinet and interior door hardware and light fixtures, counters, interior and exterior paint colors and anything else your builder requires. If 25 hours is exceeded; the option to continue @ $125 per hour is available.

Interior Design/Decorate

For Custom Furnishings/Flooring/Bedding/Window Treatments- $3500 retainer to be applied to total project cost.

Since earning my degree in Interior Design and then working as a Project Manager in NYC, I have remained engaged in current trends while gaining 30 years’ experience. Working on projects throughout the United States has given me a diverse perspective on a range of styles.  In 2004 I opened Home Expressions by Laura Bloom in Alpharetta, GA where my husband and I raised our three sons and an ongoing parade of homeless cats.

Integrity and encouraging clients to stretch their design visions beyond the typical are my priorities. Together we find ways to uniquely express their personalities while creating classic and inviting spaces with an unexpected edge. I understand the importance of listening while gathering the dreams of all decision makers and then carefully joining them with lifestyle and budget to cohesively create a plan. Attention to detail while working with reliable and skilled professionals assures each project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
